The workout app that won't let you quit.

Ten minutes a day built you a language habit. Wulver does it for your body: an AI-built bodyweight plan, a wolf coach who shows you every movement, and a streak you'll fight to protect. No equipment. No gym. No excuses.

Your coach

Never wonder if you're
doing it right.

Most bodyweight apps hand you a name and a number and wish you luck. Wulver shows you the movement: start position, end position, and the two or three cues that actually matter. Every exercise. Every session.

CHEST

Push-Up

Hands under shoulders, body in one straight line. Lower your chest to just above the floor and press back up without letting the hips sag.

LEGS

Bodyweight Squat

Feet shoulder-width, chest up. Sit the hips back and down to thigh-parallel, then drive through the heels to stand.

CORE

Plank

Forearms down, elbows under shoulders, one straight line from head to heels. Brace the core, no sagging or piking hips.

1

Answer three questions.

Your goal, your level, and how many days a week you actually have. No 45-minute onboarding quiz, no content library to drown in. Thirty seconds and the plan is yours.

Train with a coach

Protect the streak.

Every finished workout is +50 XP and one more day on the counter. Miss a day and the flame dies. One short reminder a day makes sure forgetting is never the reason you stopped.

FAQ

Fair questions.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Tell Wulver you're a beginner and the plan starts with knee push-ups and short holds, then progresses over four weeks. The coach shows you each movement before you start it, so nothing is guesswork. The point isn't intensity, it's showing up daily.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Wulver is iPhone only at launch. Android is on the roadmap without a date, and the fastest way to hear about it is to email us so we can tell you when it ships.

How long are the workouts?

About 20 to 30 minutes, 4 to 6 exercises. Short enough that "no time" stops being an argument.

Do I need any equipment?

None. Every movement is bodyweight-only. A bit of floor and a bad attitude toward excuses is enough.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your streak resets. That's the deal, it's what makes the streak worth something. Your XP and rank never reset.

Can I cancel the trial?

Anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, up to 24 hours before the trial ends. Nothing is charged during the 7 days.

What do you do with my data?

Very little. Wulver is anonymous by default, Apple Sign-In is optional, and we collect only what runs the app: your workout activity, your plan inputs, and your subscription state. No ads, no data selling, no tracking. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
